I’ve been working with food now for over 17 years and I’ve been fortunate to
work in some of the best kitchens with some of the best chefs in the World.
Cooking is my passion – whether I’m creating some exotic new taste sensation
or producing a traditional dish with simple ingredients.
I started off my cooking career at Penny Hill Park in Surrey where for four
years I worked hard in the kitchen and at College to learn all I could about
the basics of food preparation and cooking.
Since then my career has really taken off for me, and I have been privileged
to work for some of the best in the business...and now I've been selected to
participate on Ready Steady Cook, a real honour.
